Personal Profile

An innovative Textile Designer with a Master's Degree in Design and Applied Art, I am deeply passionate about art and design, seeing them as the focal points of my life. Equipped with excellent design, CAD and hand drawing skills, I ensure that my creations remain contemporary and visually stunning. As a self-employed professional, I have cultivated a high level of responsibility along with strong business and time management skills. In addition to my professional pursuits, I expand my skills and dedication in volunteer work in the local church and Latvian school, where I actively cooperate with children. My problem-solving ability and effective communication skills enable me to form meaningful connections with individuals. I am dedicated and hardworking, possess an inner drive for excellence, and approach every challenge with a determination to achieve positive results. Whether working collaboratively or independently, I bring many organizational skills to succeed in high-pressure situations. My enthusiasm for continuous learning is reflected in my openness to new experiences and a proactive attitude towards training opportunities. I am excited at the prospect of bringing my versatile skills to bear in a dynamic and creative environment, bringing a unique combination of design expertise, business acumen and commitment to making a positive impact.

Sarma Rugs business was created to fulfil my creative passion and devotion to rugs, wall decors and designs inspired by nature and my fascination with contemporary architecture.

  • Design all my rugs and wall decors

  • Name each piece of artwork depending on what I see in the particular design, rug or wall décor.

  • Create saturated and eye-catching colour transitions to make people feel happy.

  • My rugs and wall decors are sold at the Farnham Malting market, and my designs are sold on Contrado.

  • All materials are purchased by me from various warehouses.

  • Assists the chef and take directions.

  • Prepare food items in line with the day’s menu.

  • Cleaning of the kitchen areas, dining room and equipment as required.
